With a lifetime of involvement in the ski racing community, Eric is a former US Ski Team member (Development Team), NCAA Div. I collegiate athlete, and former USSS Central Division Champion. Eric has coached alpine athletes for over 25 years, and has a passion for giving back to the community that has provided him some of his best adventures in life.
Alexis
Lexi was born and raised in Grand Rapids and have been skiing her entire life. Lexi raced all throughout high school, she recently graduated from the University of Findlay and is currently working at Gordon Food Service in Internal Audit.
Lexi is excited to be coaching with us this season.
SEAN
Sean grew up ski racing USSA and FIS in Minneapolis. He skied for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After college, he worked at Palisades Tahoe setting up ski races and events.
Sean has two sons on WinAlpine and he is excited to see them loving ski racing. Sean is an attorney and enjoys doing anything outdoors with his wife, kids, and dog Taos (named after his kids' first epic powder day).

I grew up immersed in the alpine ski racing community, progressing through the Winalpine program from the JDT level all the way up to FIS competition. I absolutely love coaching ski racing, and it is incredibly rewarding to work with young athletes, helping them unlock the necessary technical skills and mental strategies to succeed. Whether it's dialing in a perfect turn or boosting their confidence, I truly thrive on guiding the next generation of racers.

My name is Cam Meier. I am currently a freshman in college at GRCC. I graduated from Rockford in 2025 and played baseball as well as ski raced. I started skiing at 4 and racing at 6. I raced for Win Alpine my entire career. I was named a Division 1 all-conference racer all 4 years as well as a 2 time all-region racer and a 2 time state qualifier. When I was racing I preferred to race slalom but had a blast in giant slalom as well. I am now studying to become a commercial airline pilot. I'm super excited to be brought onto the team this year.
