WinAlpine’s Junior Development Team (JDT) has positioned itself as a legendary youth development team in the State of Michigan.
Our mission for JDT is to “bring the joy of racing to youth in a safe, structured, learning environment- where smiles make you go faster!”
JDT athletes learn the fundamentals, terminology, and technique of ski racing. We keep athlete to coach ratios low so that there is personalized attention and feedback. We want our racers to learn it ‘right’ the first time creating a strong foundation for future development.

Sporting our Team Race Bibs, this group competed in our Cannonsburg Event. This race is 1 of our 3 Mitten Cup Series Events.
Athletes will gain experience in both skiing slalom and giant slalom in a safe learning atmosphere. Fun, confidence, and structured repetition are the perfect building blocks to create a High School racing career or transition into USSA as they get older.
